Presentation of the HERBAXYLAREDD project
Worldwide, the Belgian Federal Xylotheque (Royal Museum for Central Africa, RMCA) and the Herbarium of Meise (Meise Botanic Garden) are undoubtedly reference collections for Central African forests. HERBAXYLAREDD aims to improve knowledge of forest products and ecosystems in the region by analysing the traits (of the leaves and wood) of different species.
